The thesis uses microprocessors to control the pump speed, and associating with Microprocessor designes a more sophisticated intelligent control of the production / living water supply system, according to the flow speed and pressure characteristics relations. It also discusses the method of constant pressure water supply system based on fuzzy control, and show the system structure system and design.In the thesis, I use the method of the rough and fine adjustment to achieve the switch control of the pump. If the pump is at the highest speed (as well as the maximum frequency is 50 Hz), the actual pipeline pressure is still less than a given pressure when the output of water is large, at that time the parallel operation of the two pumps will be switched automatically. The original pump is replaced by the frequency of direct transmission grid, and it is the adjustment method that is called rough adjustment. The rough adjustment has three states like single pump running , two parallel pump operation and three parallel pump operation. In each state, the inverter only control one pump, and it is the adjustment method that is called fine adjustment.In the thesis, the control strategy is the are pressure deviation from the size adjustments factor fuzzy control and PID control of the switch pieces, in error, since the adjustments using fuzzy-control system to improve the dynamic response speed, Meanwhile with the changes automatic error correction factor adjustment, thereby enhancing the adaptive capacity; in a small error, PID control, to eliminate static error and improve control accuracy.In the thesis, I choose P89V51RD2 microprocessor to be in charge of the intelligent control algorithms, data acquisition, inverter control signal output, switching input and output. Pressure signal through the pressure sensor, signal transmission, conversion to digital and operations. Microprocessor Operational results converte to analog signal converter and send to the transducer as the control signal, then change the speed of an AC motor and constant pressure.In the thesis, the system uses self-adjustments factor fuzzy PID control, and simulink the system in the end. Compare with the PID control, the self-adjustments factor fuzzy control and a correction factor fuzzy PID control's response curve , the self-adjustments factor fuzzy PID control's system dynamic response speed is better than the othere methods to control the dynamic response speed and the static error is smaller. The system has significant energy-saving and stable control performance with a wide range of promotional value.
