With the development of social construction, high-rise buildings continue toincrease. It is an important content of relationship between people’s livelihood andbuilding hot water supply and in the aspect of building water supply technology isrelatively backward with the low level of automation. In this paper, a new kind ofbuilding hot water supply control system is designed based on the study of thedomestic existing water supply technology with making full use of sensor technology,wireless communication technology and electronic information technology. Thewell-developed radio frequency communication technology is used as thecommunication bridge between water supply control system and remote controldevice in the system. Combined with advanced microprocessor technology, thedesigned system performs the functions such as real-time detecting, alarming,remote date display.Firstly, the basic structure of the water supply control system was designed withresearching the common way of building water supply at home and abroad. And thispaper chose the intelligent control method which is widely used with in-depth studyof the current widely used wireless communication technique characteristics and thecommonly used control method in the field of industrial control.Secondly, according to the characteristics of liquid level and temperature of theobject, fuzzy PID controller was designed for the control of temperature and fuzzyself-tuning PID controller was designed for the control of liquid level.Matlab/Simulink which is a simulation tool was used to set up the control systemmodel and the corresponding fuzzy control strategy was designed. With theadjustment of related parameters made the system achieve a better dynamic and staticperformance.Finally, according to the analysis of control system function demand choseSTM32series of high performance, low cost, low power consumption and STC seriesmicroprocessor respectively as the core of water supply control system and remotecontrol device. Combining modern sensor technology and signal processing methodthe system hardware circuit structure was designed, which mainly includes the core ofcontrolling circuit, communication circuit, data acquisition and signal processingcircuit, data storage and display circuit, power circuit, etc. Revolving around the functions of the two control core module designed software program, including RFcommunication module, data acquisition program, the clock and data storage program.Besides, the PC monitoring software and the corresponding communication commandwords were designed according to data communication content of the upper computersoftware.
