The products and sales of automotive increased rapidly in 2010. Both productivity and sales have outnumbered 18 million, which are ranking first in the world. With the increasing popularity of the automobile, Parking difficult issues become very prominent. Because of the serious shortage of land resources, building mechanical Three-dimensional garage is quite necessary. However, lots of Large-scale Mechanical Three-dimensional Garage in-service have many problems. Such as, high cost,complex equipment,inconvenient maintenance,relatively high failure rate, too much time to fetch vehicle when busy,poor availability,and so on. To solve these problems and the actual needs of this project,through relevant literature review, a set of special control system of mechanical Three-dimensional garage is designed, which is high quality, efficient, economic and opening, low-cost.Three-dimensional garage is the storage which is used for automatic parking and scientific storage of kinds of automobile. The issue studies the type mechanical parking system which named up-down Three-dimensional garage, Using two-section and three-layer and six-formulistic garage structure as the research model. In terms of its components can be divided into three parts:the garage structural, human-computer interaction system and control system.On the basis of the study of Mechanical Three-dimensional Garage at home and abroad,The main structure of Low-Cost and Opening Mechanical Three-dimensional Garage is designed and elaborated in the thesis.Mainly, PLC control system of garage is designed and illustrated in detail. The debugging of PLC control system is completed preliminary in the laboratory.Three-dimensional Garage,as a special storage facilities, must guarantee the security of person,cars and equipments. In order to satisfy using demand in design stereo garage, according to criterion of mechanical parking systems-general safety requirement and the facts of the low cost and open type mechanical Three-dimensional garage, The thesis introduced some safety technique which was used in the low cost and open type mechanical three-dimensional garage. This can ensure absolute safety for person, cars and equipments, meanwhile, make the whole Three-dimensional garage run safely and smoothly.On the basis of consulting Mechanical three-dimensional garageat home and abroadand, the control system of low-cost and open type mechanical t three-dimensional garage is exploited in thesis, which study automatic control mode of operation of control system (off line mode) and manual control mode of operation of control system (on line mode) in detail. Computer network communication technology, fieldbus technology, PLC control technology and so on are applied. The thesis designs centralized management, distributed network control system, which realize automation, informatization management and control of low-cost and open type mechanical three-dimensional garage control system, and ensure safety and efficiency of low-cost and open type mechanical three-dimensional garage system during the operation.
