Design And Implementation Of Management Control Integration System About Water Treatment System In Nuclear Power Plant Based On Industrial Ethernet And OPC

In the existing nuclear power plant, water treatment production system has been developed for many years, and the basic hardware and software system construction of production management system is basically completed. But because the production system and the management system are separated from each other, the structure of each water treatment production control system usually adopts PLC monitoring system, which is composed of local control station, operation station and industrial switch, to complete the monitoring of the production process and the collection of the data information, but the management system(that is, the information system)generally executes office automation about production material procurement, equipment inventory management and some simple data analysis in the some production departments, leading to lack of the modern enterprise production management model.Management control integration technology is to adapt to the trend of social and technological development, and establishing a complete data center and unified technology platform, is becoming one of the main ways of using information system in the nuclear power plant. Using the advanced technology of computer, network and database, the unified database about water treatment system in the nuclear power plant is together established, and the enterprise information system directly exchange the real-time data with automatic control system. The system can extract a lot of useful data from the production process database, and integrate them into the enterprise production decision-making, to solve and realize the intelligence of enterprise production management, improving production efficiency.According to the operating characteristics of water treatment equipment in the nuclear power plant, management control integration system about water treatmentsystem in nuclear power plant based on the advanced technology about industrial Ethernet(Modbus TCP and Profi Net) constitute a complete production system monitoring network with the scattered production areas and different kinds of PLC control system. It consists of i Fix monitoring software, server and the field PLC control system, to complete the operation of the field equipment, data acquisition,optimization control, alarm processing and report printing, etc., it also uses Kepware OPC technology to acquire data from each water treatment monitoring system, by the KEPServer EX server system executing data collection, classification,consolidation, storage, calculation and analysis in the entire network, and providing data to the computer in the network by the OPC interface. So it is building the bridge between the production monitoring system with the variety of information and a large number of data and digital information platform with the open, flexible and wide application. It delivers the information and data through network to control the system is to get better optimization of production, to ensure the normal and safe operation according to the production plan; at the same time, from the control system collecting and uploading the real-time production data information feedback to the business management and Internet, as references to the management and the other decision-making departments. This paper mainly introduces the design of water treatment automatic control system, including PLC control system, Ethernet switch,operation station and server configuration; the design and engineering application of communication scheme about data acquisition technology of KEPServer EX; and the design of the server database, including the system design, the database design, the detail program design and the program interface design of OPC data acquisition system.Management control integration system about water treatment system in nuclear power plant exists for the purpose of supervisory control, production management,operation control and administrative management, etc. Especially artificial intelligent water treatment expert diagnosis system of the production management isillustrated by the detailed design and application, reflecting the significance of management in the management control integration system.
