The water treatment processing control technique is an assurance in water supply,intelligent control,especially fuzzy control in the production of the industry are applied widely.In this paper, the waterworks integrated automation control system as the research object.Computer technology, network technology and intelligent control technology are applied todeal with the removal of water quality control system. First, this article analyzes the existingof the water treatment control system in present situation and water treatment technology. Thewater works building water treatment process integrated automation system.For dosing flocculation process artificial operation, it was difficult to ensure that thewater quality and water quality stable quality. In recent years, by the analysis of waterworksdosing historical operation data, the mathematical modeling method applied to establish thewaterworks dosing process, and the mathematical model of the model simulation experimentis compared with the real data analysis, The accuracy of the model is proved. The model canbe used in medicine addition flocculation process of automatic control, realize the dosingautomatic control, ensure the quality of water quality.The article research on V type of water level viewing control methods, it is focus on theadopting PLC to realize fuzzy control algorithm, compiled the offline fuzzy look-up tableprogram and fuzzy control program, We have successfully applied the fuzzy controlalgorithm in water treatment process of viewing a V type water level control, and shortenedthe reverse wash process, enhanced the water level control precision.In the end, the integrated automation control system of waterworks has been reached anddesigned, In this paper, Schneider UNITY Pro software is applied to the integratedautomation control system.HMI monitoring software by magelis configuration software isdeveloped as well. Realized the water treatment process of the waterworks integratedautomation control and field on-site monitoring. Through the practical operation that comesone year, it is proved that the system hardware and software design is reasonable, the controlalgorithm is advanced, the system operation is stable and reliable, and improved theproduction efficiency and the quality of the water.
