Then, apply the latest technology to solve the main problem that Ethernet will face in industrial control field, such as the real-time, Interoperability and survivability and security.According to the conclusions of the industrial ethernet and Tianjin TEDA sewage treatment plant reconstruction project, combined with the technical requirements of the sewage treatment system, actual situation and the new technological features, Developed for the actual situation of the system for this project, the sewage treatment control system design based on industrial Ethernet communications technology. Combined with the actual situation of each process unit, the implementation of the specific equipment selection, installation, programmed and debugged aspects of the work. Finally completion of the structures of communication based on Industrial Ethernet sewage treatment plant control system, successful implementation of the distributed control system for a combination of field devices, PLC, server, industrial computer and industrial ethernet.
