With the rapid development of Internet technology, the traditional office mode, which is mainly based on paper transmission, lags behind the requirements of enterprise staff for information resource sharing, resulting in the waste of resources, low office efficiency and so on. Therefore, how to make use of the computer technology and the development of the office of the joint enterprise has become an important subject in the study of office automation.Office automation construction, the essential goal of the study is to achieve office automation, or office digitization. The office automation is defined, using computer this storage media with Internet technology, the information in digital form stored in the system, using software system management and maintenance of a new office automation mode. So the study of the construction of office automation system technology, to improve the level of administrative management, office efficiency, has a great role in promoting.In this paper, office automation systems to explore aspects of the business from the administrative office construction, corporate administrative office by the content of investigation and analysis, the main function module establishes the Office Automation System of Including personal work station, document management, daily affairs management, public resources, information release, e-mail, system management seven major parts. Among them, the individual work station module mainly provides personal related business, mainly including my task, memo, communication, etc., to facilitate the improvement of personal office efficiency, improve the quality of office; the document management module is to realize the document examination and approval process to provide a process to deal with the specific implementation of the proposed program; the transaction management module mainly to achieve the daily administrative work of the deal, the contents of the simple documents, documents, etc.; the public resource module is mainly aimed at the demand of public information within the enterprise unit, which is responsible for providing public communication of internal staff; the information release module mainly provides information release, sharing and exchange; the e-mail module is to achieve user and within the department or the department outside users are an important part of communication; system management module mainly provides to the administrator for dealing with the problem of assigning permissions for users, database update processing and so on.Through the related functions of seven modules of the above mentioned analysis, analysis, this paper discusses the specific method to realize the modules, and gives each module implementation involved in the process of database design and the concrete realization of the process. In addition, the paper also gives the design of the specific interface of the three platforms, including personal workbench, document management and public information.
