This paper mainly describesthe enterprise office automation system included user rights management, staff trainingmanagement, project management, office supplies management, conference room, overtimemanagement, expense management and order management function module design andimplementation. This paper mainly describes the conference room management, overtimemanagement, reimbursement system. Among them, the reimbursement of authorizationmanagement for staff reimbursement information and query basic operations, such asadministrative staff can manage the staff members to submit an expense account information,convenient for staff reimbursement information statistics. Overtime management foremployees to work overtime information query, add, edit, delete, basic operations, such as theadministrative personnel to work overtime for approval through, examination and approval ofinformation can not through statistics, statistics and print Excel and other operations, greatly simplified and convenient for overtime management. Meeting room management forcompany meeting room resources query, add, delete, edit, to book meeting room resourcesquery, reservation, backfilling, cancellation, etc.This topic design information system fully carried out in accordance with the softwareengineering specification.
