Computer network technologies develop rapidly in recent years. A lot of work is mechanized increasingly. Some enterprises and universities have started using high-tech to office. With the rapid development of network information technology, Bin Zhou Medical University also needs to adapt to the times to improve office efficiency. Only by the traditional way of manual work can no longer adapt to the rhythm of university office. In this case, according to the need of university internal management, the office automation system of Bin Zhou Medical University is designed. Through the office automation system of Bin Zhou Medical University to replace the traditional way of office, mainly has two advantages. one is able to improve the internal staff efficiency and the work enthusiasm; on the other hand, is to make the management more reasonable and high efficiency.The technical route of this thesis as follows: Based on the analysis of system requirement and comprehensive consideration, improving the feasibility of the information system, we use scalability and high performance as the emphasis of system development. Based on these two aspects, we choose the J2 EE lightweight framework based on standardization; the whole system write by using Java language development; at the same time we use SQL SERVER as the background database. Bin Zhou Medical University office automation system is based on B/S architecture; and the basic function test system can run normally.This thesis analyses the specific requirements from the two aspects of function and performance, after analysis of the system development necessary. At the same time, we carries out the feasibility study of economy, technology and other aspects. We also confirmed the feasibility of the system development. Then through building the system, we design the database forms and function. Through the analysis of the function that the system needs six functional modules, namely: the daily office, report management, news center, personal information management, file transfer management, system management. System design is developed and adopted by the Dreamwaver. System interface architecture is developed and adopted by the Myeclipse. Codes design use Java language, and testing use the black box testing method that is ignoring internal structure and function.Through the design of the system, the demand analysis of function achieves. Through test function and performance, the system can meet the basic requirements of Bin Zhou Medical University of office automation. The system can improve the entire Bin Zhou Medical University office working efficiency and realizes the automation of office of Bin Zhou Medical University.
