In the educational system of talents cultivation in China,vocational colleges have been playing a very important role,which are the main places for the cultivation of professional,technical and operational talents for our country,relating to the social construction and development of our country.Today,the scale of school operation of China's Higher Vocational Colleges has been larger and larger,not only in the number of students but also the campus distribution,and even several decentralized campus for some schools,which undoubtedly brings heavy burden and pressure to our work,such as students' management,teaching and research and administrative management,will reduce the efficiency and quality of the schools' work,and is harmful for students' management,and education and teaching.In that case,if we continue to use the traditional way to carry out the schools' working,it will only lead to the stranding of overall development of Higher Vocational Colleges,and in the long run,even negative impact to our country's talents training and social development.Therefore,we must accelerate the office automation construction for vocational colleges.According to their practical office needs,a purposeful,practical and operational office automation system has been developed.This system can be used to organize and integrate vocational schools' office system,good for the student management,teaching research and administrative management in higher vocational colleges,which can be an efficient,unified,sharing and intelligent platform,to improve the office quality of the higher vocational colleges,to push forward the scientific management of vocational education,to promote the development of education and teaching work in higher vocational colleges,to grantee the talents cultivation and social construction.At present,higher vocational colleges have been equipped with computers,and network is also very common,which provides a good basis for the office automation in higher vocational colleges.Since the basic condition,computer and Internet has been provided,then a targeted,practical and operational automation office system has become necessary.This thesis is to develop and implement a set of public automation system according to the demand of High Vocational Colleges.After a overall carrying-out of theory and technology research,this thesis has analyzed the characteristics of office operation and the necessities of office automation system in high vocational colleges,and explained the specific demands of the system in function,database,role restriction,performance and structures,and designed and then developed.After the development,this system has also been tested on-line,in order to make sure its operation,security,stability.The test result shows that this system is concise and reasonable in layout,friendly in interface and easy to operate.For the second,all the functions have worked normally,so that it can meet the demand for the colleges' daily management.Thirdly,this system works quickly and the customers think of it highly.The fourth one,all the personnel can use it easily,and don't exist any professional obstacles.Fifth,the system is stable and high safe,and there is no any problem or abnormality in the final whole model test.This system is so practical that it can be put in use by high vocational colleges.
