Under the wave of social and economic booming development, a lot of things also accompanying the economic flourish advance with rapid speed, and enterprise management mode is one of them.Under the background of informatization and economization, the fight between enterprises no longer limited to the invisible to the talents, funds and other resources, but extended to the enterprise management mode.All in all, all for the low consumption services, both human and material resources, reducing costs is the absolute principle.No matter what the enterprise,inevitably, all you need to use office supplies in the production and management, the office supplies are either their own production or buy back, must have a specialized personnel to manage.The amount and type of office supplies will increase along with the development of the enterprise, thus it will increase the amount of information of enterprise, which brings to the enterprise management to increase more or less some cost.It needs to consider how to minimise or destroy the cost.Office supplies management system adopting B/S architecture to design can effectively solve the above problems,which brings to the enterprise management to increase more or less some cost.Because the B/S architecture's biggest advantage is that it cann't increase additional manpower and material resources, which could save money,time and energy in design for operation and maintenance,no matter how large the users' scale users. It needs to create a database to store the increasing information.According to the database information it can do a variety of operations, such as: query,modify, etc., and it implements the office supplies management informationization conveniently and quickly. Classifying data and stating date can produce various reports,such as: purchasing information report forms, office supplies outbound information report, etc,. These statements make the management of office supplies assets streamline, at the same time make it more convenient, fast, simple and feasible.From a certain extent, it saves the cost and makes the management more scientific, safe and efficient.Because it needs to make reasonable arrangements for each phase and plan at the time of design to implement the project, which can ensure that the next plan proceedssmoothly. This topic introduces the concept of WBS in the process of implementing, to make the project complete more smoothly finally.The WBS is a work breakdown structure, and under the use of WBS, project can be broken down into small works, which makes the project more clear. The decomposition of the implementation sets a benchmark for every step of the plan. In accordance with the benchmark, it can carry out the project work step by step.After the analysis of research the meaning and goal of the project, this paper introduces the technology used in this project briefly; And state the superiority of the accuracy and security of the system. Then, analyze the systems architecture and environment of development and runtime. Then, the database and design of module are described. Last, it states the test, including method, cases and environment.
