Research And Analysis Of Zunyi Tobacco Company 's Office Supplies Management System

With the continual development of information construction, more and more enterprises and administrations are increasingly dependent on Information Technology to conduct their manufacture, operation and management. At the same time, enterprises demand for office equipment and office supplies which could process information is increasing. Most of office supplies are various types and high frequency of use. But some companies still use the traditional manual&paper records to manage inbound and outbound of office supplies. The traditional management way is not only poor in security, but also low efficiency of management. In view of this situation, develop a suitable office supplies management information system have important meaning to standardize the management of office supplies and improve office efficiency.This paper takes office supplies information management system of Zunyi Tobacco Company as the research background and analysis this system of requirements through the method of Object Oriented Requirement Analysis based on UML. This paper first introduces research background of project, research status at home and abroad and main research contents. Then analysis existing business processes of office supplies management:procurement process, warehousing process, storage depot process, apply for usage process, inventory process, discard process and allocation process. Then reengineer business process according to the existing deficiencies of original process. Secondly, work out the role according to actual business requirements and use case description to analysis function of the reengineering business process and gives the package diagram and package diagram of sub function.Finally, based on above analysis work that has carried on, we analysis to the function data and give the entity class diagram and database table structure design.
