| Ninghai is located at the east of Zhejiang province, and close to the sea city such as, Shanghai, Hangzhou. Ninghai city is one of the first batch of open cities close the sea. During the past years, Ninghai city has experienced great improvement in economics and quick update overall. The economic developing zone of Ninghai Zhejiang is approved by the government of Zhengjiang province in August, 1994. And it is also approved by the Bureau of Development and Improvement in March, 2006.There are two sub committees belonged to the committee of Ninghai economic developing zone. One of them is the committee of Science and Techonology industrial zone of Ninghai economic developing zone. The other one is the committee of closing seaport of Ninghai economic developing zone. All of the committees are composite of ten departments, which are correlated by their business, but separated in position. Such fact has induced a great of inconvenience in the management of office wares. It should not be doubted that our employees are very serious for each piece of office ware. However, their payment in the work is not awarded since the offices are wares are so small and great in amount.Based on such background, we design and develop the management information system of office wares for the committee of economic developing zone of Ninghai Zhejiang. This system could become a powerful assistant for the employees who charge for the office wares.In the environment of WindowsXP professional edition, we use Delphi 7 complete the implementation of the system and all of the documents are successfully complied out. In the present, the system work well for the management of office wares. The advantages of the system relevant to the traditional work proced are exhibited primarily. Since the system is designed and coded by the language of Delphi, the features of object-oriented of this language are used exclusively. The system show good characteristics of extension to other similar systems and applications. |
