In the contemporary companies and enterprises,with the development of information technology,the major companies have gradually integrated the information technology and internet into the management of office supplies.Managers can optimize all aspects of the office supplies through the intelligent management,which can collect and analyze effective decision-making information to promote its intelligent and comprehensive development.Seven departments,subordinated to the Housing Industrialization Center of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,are located in different offices,and some offices consist of different institutions which have frequent contacts,contributing to reduplicate management and complicated distribution of office supplies.Thus,it is necessary to carry out the design of office supplies management system.This paper,through the analysis of office supplies demand in the Housing Industrialization Center of Housing and Urban-Rural Development,has designed an appropriate office supplies management system,adopting the client/server structure model[1],object-oriented method,unified modeling language?UML?.These designed modules are running in the Windows system to develop by use of the client language c#?C sharp?,visual studio 2013 and MySQL database.This system includes purchasing management,requisition management,warehousing management,system management and other functional modules,collecting the office supplies statistics,including the purchasing application for approval,requisition application for approval,classification management and warehousing details?to provide data statistics for the procurement budget?. |
