In recent years,China's science and technology service industry has developed rapidly,and the state has repeatedly put forward guiding opinions on promoting the development of the science and technology service industry.However,in the development process of the science and technology service industry,many problems have also been exposed,mainly including the following problems:1)The classification of different science and technology service platforms is heterogeneous,and the efficiency of resource interaction and the flexibility of resource sharing are low.Sharing between different platforms has caused huge obstacles;2)The attribute correlation between multi-source heterogeneous resources is not strong,which makes it difficult for resources under different platforms to store mixed storage,and there are certain difficulties in resource sharing and integration;3)The visualization method of scientific and technological service resources is relatively single,and the display method is not intuitive enough.There is also room for improvement in the performance of the display system.In response to the above problems and challenges,this thesis intends to construct a scientific classification system of science and technology service resources,and take experts and patents as examples to gather resources from different sources,build a professional science and technology service resource pool,and complete the design and implementation of the display system.The main research contents include:1)To systematically investigate the classification system of existing science and technology service platforms,propose a method based on natural language processing for common reference resolution,realize the integration of classification systems,and finally build a scientific and complete unified science and technology service resource classification system to solve the classification systems of major platforms Heterogeneous issues.2)The thesis uses a method based on metadata framework and similarity calculation to construct a professional science and technology service resource pool:in-depth study of the existing science and technology service resource metadata framework,realizes a unified standard model of science and technology service resources,and maps the attributes of resource data to the standard model.The integration of multi-source resources will finally build a professional technology service resource pool,which will uniformly persist the resources in the system database to solve the mixed storage problem of multi-source heterogeneous data.3)By designing a resource management system,managing resource pool data,optimizing resource display efficiency,and solving the performance problems of resource display;by designing a resource display system,according to the characteristics of scientific and technological service resources in different fields,choose a variety of different ways to display,from Text information,statistical information,and relationship information complete the display of resource pools in multiple aspects,and solve the problem of a single display mode of scientific and technological service resources.Finally,the research results of this article are applied to the national key research and development plan topics,and the feasibility of the work content is verified.
