The development of technology breeds new changes,especially with the develop ment of five elements "mobile device","big data","social media","positioning system" and "remote sensor",society comes into the context era.The so-called “context” is based on space-based behavioral and psychological ambience.The arrival of the context era has brought a significant impact on people's live,as well as modern business.Context analysis,mining,manufacturing gradually become the focus of business development,and mobile social media is with no exception.Currently the mobile social media has a good market prospects,but the market competition is increasingly fierce.Cash flow difficulties,the ongoing entrance dispute and other issues makes most mobile social media stuck in profit dilemma.Existing mobile social such as media advertising revenue model,value-added services,e-commerce and mobile gaming profit model,whether in the context era is still applicable? How to develop a more suitable profit model considering context features and user needs for mobile social media ? What are elements and features in the new profit model? These series of questions constitute the starting point of this paper.This paper adopts comparative analysis,document analysis,case analysis and so on.According to the research ideas,namely "what happens in context era to what new profit element based on change to what is the new profit model ".This paper probes mobile social media profit from the following three aspects.First,concept on change.Traditional 4p theory in context era has been changed.Traditional product,price,place and promotion has new connotation and features.Products combine function and connection attributes.Prices sensitivity yield to value sensitivity.Sharing becomes the tipping point of channels.And the connection redefines the relationship between people and enterprises.Second,the new profit elements.Based on analyzing the changes,the elements of new profit are correspondin g proposed,mainly are user needs,context entrance,perfect service experience and community.Third,a new profit model.Based on proposing new profit elements and a nalyzing the current profit models,new profit model "tool and community and e-commerce" is proposed.This new model makes mobile social media forming a virtuous circle “attract users-precipitate users-make users profitable”.This new model and also widen mobile social media's profit source,point and makes its business system rich,constructs a context community profits barrier for mobile social media.All in all,the new provides new development ideas for mobile social media.Based on the grip of the changes,profit element,profit model,this paper proposes a mobile social media new profit model,namely "tools + community + electricity supplier".In order to develop this profit model,first we need to properly handle the relationship between the three communities,community is core,tools and electricity providers are inferior to community.On this basis,we need to propose specific development strategies according to the characteristics of these three modules.Grasp tool functionality concerning on user needs in context era,and focusing on the development of community content and relations.At last electricity provider should provide differentiated aspects services,and develop new virtual goods,services and the like.Thus,the mobile social media will achieve better profit in the context era.
