Mobile-newspaper is a kind of attractive new medium .its specical characteristics and advantages are menaces to traditional media , and it becomes the newly increasing points of traditional newspaper industry in its breakout and transformation . its active behaviors have already attracted many scholars' attentions . although mobile-newspaper grows fast in china , it demonstrates conceptation in actual manipulation , users are not numerous enough , many factors hamper its further developmentThis dissertation is about to analyse the hidden reasons , then find out solutions to help with its healthy development which also needs some exellent advertising models, and the dissertation offers three grant methods.This dissertation is divided into five parts . part one is the introduction which introduces the basic situation , summarises predecessors' achievements and their deficiencies , pionts out the purpose,meaning and methods of this study .part two is to make a qualitive analysis , define the mobile-newspaper , point out the background and the reasons why mobile-newspaper appeared its relation to traditional media . part three is to make a principal part analysis on its forms , clients , advantages , characteristics , to show the possibilities of its growth and development . part four is to analysis the mobile-newspaper's marketing actuality , point out the dilemma and choke-point that mobile-newspaper faces . part five is the emphasis of the dissertation and innovative part which answers the questions from content , technology , sell , profit space and model to enlarge medium value and industrial chain of mobile-newspaper , and prospect the bright foreground of the coming 3G times foresee mobile-newspaper would be a fore which challenges traditional media.
