Life-support machine and monitor are widely used in the ICU in recent years. How to strengthen the medical equipment use and management and monitoring, to improve the level of equipment management in lean and reduce demand for accompanying has become the focus of attention. This paper designs a complete medical equipment remote online monitoring system based on wireless communication.The remote monitoring system is divided into two parts, the slave computer is a wireless node which has data acquisition and transmission module, the host computer uses C/S structure, including the monitoring center server and the monitoring terminal. In this paper designed highly efficient and stable wireless nodes based on STM32, completed the hardware design. Paper is designed and implemented management platform of server software, puts forward a reporting mechanism of communication management protocol based on using timer monitoring each node in the network communication status, and the list records the working state of each node., Test results show that the protocol can effectively improve the efficiency of server communication management, and it has strong adaptability and fault tolerance to the network environment.. The server uses the completion port to realize the network communication, and uses the database connection pool to realize the multi thread to the database access management. The paper designed the client software architecture and the various functional modules, in addition to the real-time data of remote monitoring a plurality of beds,also designed the massive medical data storage, online monitoring, historical data review and contrast function. Therefore, it expands the function of the original medical equipment, which has important significance for the disease tracking, analysis and prediction.The paper designed a remote medical monitoring system based on wireless communication,which fully meets the design performance index, which has entered into the trial operation stage of the product, and has high application value.
