With the economic globalization and the sustained growth of logistics the pot operation is becoming larger,heavier and faster accordingly,which made a new demand for the management of operation devices.As a frame of port machinery, metal structure is enduring the weight of transmission mechanism itself and other load.Metal structure's working condition relates directly to the whole machine's operation performance,safety and reliability.Malfunctions could cause great direct and indirect loss.Nowadays,examines for metal structure malfunction of port machinery are commonly conducted by experimenters.They regularly bring instrument to the locale of port machinery which work in a very complex condition, then process the data.The task is complicated,dangerous and it fails to help reducing the time of examine and repair and enhancing efficiency.Thus it is necessary to find a reasonable approach for this subject.Metal structure is the skeleton of port machinery enduring the weight of transmission mechanism itself and other load.Large port machinery usually has large load moving high,large mobile range and large load weight,which need enough structure strength.Stress strain test is the main methods to research the structure strength of port machinery.The deep application and development of the sensing technology, communication technology,diagnosis technology and some other technology in the industrial field,have provided a comprehensive and effective platform for the stress monitoring and diagnosis.Embarking on the stress monitoring method and the diagnosis theory,combined with the existing experimental conditions,this paper established a port machinery stress online monitoring and diagnosis neural network expert system.This paper include:elaborated the study purpose and significance,and summarized the mechanical structure stress at home and abroad and diagnostic techniques for monitoring the status and development;the stress diagnose expert system's neural network model was established,according to a systematic elaboration of harbor large machinery diagnosis stress analysis method;studied the design method and training mechanisms of neural network in the port machinery structure stress monitoring and diagnose expert system.This topic research has certain application value to guaranteeing the port machinery security,reducing the management maintenance cost and raising the port facilities management level.
