Abstract/Summary:
With the rapid development of innovation and technology,the Internet of things(IoT)is becoming a hot topic in the community.Namely,Io T is a network which can be connected together by some sort of sensing equipment and network protocol between things,that achieve intelligently sensing and monitoring. In the stage of development of IoT, the IPv6 over Low-power WPAN(6LoWPAN) network plays a critical role. This paper leads 6Lo WPAN technology into the WSN network and focuses on 6LoWPAN protocol stack and its application, by using of the real network and the real device resources of IPv6 Internet environment to design a monitoring system, which includes multi- hop network to collect and transmit data several sensor by nodes and a gateway node. This paper focuses on 6LoWPAN network and its application,designing a 6LoWPAN data transmission system including a concentrator for sensor nodes and gateway for HVAC / heating monitored. The main works in the paper are listed in the following four parts:(1)select the Ubuntu system as the development environment of the 6LoWPAN wireless data transmission system.Chose CC1120 hardware as the platform and complete the analysis and learning about Contiki operating system and 6LoWPAN stack. This provides the necessary support for further study on 6LoWPAN and its applications.(2)Based on Contiki operating system, the CC1120 nodes can communicate by using IPv6 addresses. It designs the network architecture of the entire transmission system for the practical application. introducing concentrator as a data transfer station, it designs the application of concentrator,and achieves two-direction data communication between 6LoWPAN network and IPv6 network by selecting the appropriate means of communication,laying the foundation for further improvement of the temperature monitoring system.(3)During the design and implementation of 6LoWPAN wireless data transmission system, we improve the ordinary node, Root node and concentrator applications,In this concentrator applications, we design the data acquisition module, the local data storage module, real-time data inquiry module, parameter node management module, the network topology and as well as physical location query module. Then testing and analysis the monitoring system which has been built, including the connectivity of this system, and achievement of the basic functions of 6LoWPAN, the transmission of data and so on, the results show that the system can work normally and achieve the desired results.(4)Testing and analyzing the data transmission that has been built,including the node networking, basic functions of 6Lo WPAN network and data transmission, and gradually increase the number of nodes, process large-scale experiments.The results show that the system has achieved the desired results, which can work normally.
