The Contruction Of Digital Library Private Cloud Platform Infrastructration And Application Development And Implementation

Cloud computing technology which is as the fourth information technology in symbol, and as a new computing model,network application model, is gradually changing our lives.The library is an information resource gathering, with increasing applications and systems, as well as the size and diversity of user needs, not only leads to the library the investment in software and hardware to increase year by year, but also becomes less inadequate for library technology team because of updating faster. How to use the cloud computing technology to solve problems facing by the library, became a hot topic of concern.Currently, most libraries in cloud computing, only limited research not practical application. Author based on the Eucalyptus open source cloud platform, virtual machine scheduling algorithm, networks,HDFS technology research, made a digital library private cloud platform architecture,and it is described in detail, then selected the infrastructure、external storage、application monitoring system to introduce in detail following the structure of the service level.First the paper introduced the computing, operating systems pools such as the theory and implementation process, which is depend by the private cloud platform digital library infrastructure,and build the library external storage environments for data storage and sharing. Then using the Eucalyptus to build the digital library private cloud infrastructure, and integrate the storage with it. Which make the new cloud platform name is DLCloud.Then do some corresponding test for DLCloud. And using the Euca2ools middleware technology, with the GridSphere portal system to manage DLCloud. At the same time based on the library-based multi-application, to design and implemente the application monitoring system.Finally, select the library applications of cas、Resources processingand so on, deployed in the digital library private cloud platform to run and test the stability, performance and function and so on. Finally,the paper made a summary for the digital libray private cloud platform,and proposed some suggestions for later research.
