The Design Research Of Restaurant Intelligent Access System Based On User Experience

Most modern people are very familiar with the collective dining room which often has many issues like waiting time long and so on. With people's material living standards are constantly improving,people begin to pursue the quality and taste of life, so people's demand for user experience is rapidly increasing. With the concept of intelligent access system, this paper studies people's demands for dining experience in this macro environment of intelligent products, and applies the intelligent access system based on users emotional experience to the practice of intelligent restaurant design from the perspective of user experience.First of all, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the intelligent restaurant and the theory of user experience. Through the research of target users' experience, the emotional experience process of intelligent restaurant based on the user experience is put forward as well as the intelligent access system as the core of intelligent restaurant. And then, to do the design research on the intelligent access system by the mindset of system design, focusing on the in-depth design research of three aspects “the storage, access and access objects” respectively, to get the reasonable functional scheme of storage, access and the design scheme of access object, and combine them to obtain the combination of three access systems. After that, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to get the best combination through the construction of the evaluation index system of “selecting the best combination scheme of the access system”. Finally, the paper completes the product design practice and evaluate of intelligent access system based on “the optimal combination scheme of the access system” combined with real project.This paper puts forward the idea to apply the intelligent access system to restaurant to create an intelligent dining mode for the first time. The research results of this paper lay the foundation for the restaurant intelligent system based on the user experience. It is of great importance for the intelligent development of restaurant industry, and has a reference value for selecting of optimal combination intelligent access system.
