Research On The Construction Path Of Smart Library From The Perspective Of User Experience

In the background of modern society with the rapid development of new information technologies,the library has become an important place for users to obtain literature and information.The Intelligent Library are gradually replacing traditional libraries as the most important part of library construction in China,which is especially obvious in the transformational development of university libraries.As the hypergrowth of information technology,to improve the user's experience has become a key concern for the Intelligent Library community.Requirements of users is the base of the Intelligent Library;the user experience is related directly to the use and development of Intelligent Library.This paper constructs a model of Intelligent Library construction based on user experience and an evaluation index system,selects the Intelligent Library of Ningbo University for an empirical study,and proposes a strategy to improve the user experience of Intelligent Library construction as follows: Firstly,the thesis analyzes the concept of Intelligent Library and discusses in detail the user experience theory involved in the construction model and its application in libraries;secondly,by comprehensively combing the existing theoretical research and the results of practical research,the author divides the components of the experience model of Intelligent Library construction into five levels: Intelligent Resources,Intelligent System,Intelligent Librarian,Intelligent Service and Intelligent Management,and the sub elements and connotations of each component are explained.Then,this paper introduces the theory of user experience elements model proposed by Jess James Garrett scholars and constructs a model of Intelligent library construct.The wisdom library construct consists of performance layer,framework layer,scope layer,structure layer,strategy layer and Intelligent Library construct elements,and the model is constructed on the basis of user experience,and the research hypothesis and questionnaire design are carried out according to the model;the data needed for this study are obtained by distributing questionnaires in the field in the Intelligent Library of Ningbo University,and questionnaire validity,reliability,descriptive statistics,correlation analysis,etc.The data processing methods used in this paper,which are common analysis methods,are done in SPSS and EXCEL,and then conclude that each component is positively correlated and the research hypothesis is valid;finally,based on the existing research,it is proposed that the Intelligent library should be built in smart resources,systems,services and information construction to improve the user experience.
