Since the reform and opening up for more than 40 years,China’s insurance industry has made great progress.In the past two decades,with the rapid development of Internet technology,major Insurance Companies have conducted a large number of business transactions through Internet platforms.Many third-party institutions(Hereinafter referred to as channel)that carry out insurance-related businesses around Insurance Companies,such as Insurance Brokerage Companies,also conduct Insure,Underwriting,Surrender,and Electronic Policy Inquiries by connecting with The Core Business System of Insurance Companies.Many business transaction forms require that such transactions must meet rapid response,massive transactions,high concurrency,and must have high security.For Insurance Companies,The Business System of a third-party organization needs to be connected with The Core Business System of the Insurance Company.This will threaten the security of The Core Business System on the one hand,and increase the pressure on The Core Business System.This type of problem is especially obvious during peak business development periods such as the annual "good start".In order to solve such problems,many Insurance Companies have begun to build a Unified Service Platform to coordinate the transaction processing between The Core Business System and the third-party organization’s business system to ensure the high efficiency and safety of The Core Business System.The Insurance Company,as a relatively well-known Insurance Company in China,has proposed the need to establish a Unified Service Platform for Life Insurance Business,with the purpose of bringing some high-frequency services and business functions of the Core Business System to the Unified Service Platform.Reduce the pressure on the Core Business System,so that the Core Business System can better perform its core insurance business processing functions such as Preservation,Claim Settlement,Renewal of insurance,and Renewal.The core of the subject researched in this article is centered on the construction of The Unified Service Platform for the life insurance business for The Insurance Company.Based on the theories,methods and technologies of software engineering,and guided by the goal of high-efficiency and high-quality platform construction,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the various business and performance requirements of the platform,and conducts an in-depth analysis of the various business modules of the platform.Divided and detailed design and programming implementation.The platform mainly includes the following ten modules:Basic Data Management,Product Definition Management,Service Scheduling Management,Business Process Processing,Security Verification Management,Process Configuration Management,Log Monitoring Management,Cache Preprocessing,Flow Control Management,Message Conversion,etc.Basic business processing module,the insurance business involved has functions such as policy trial calculation,Insure,Underwriting,Surrender,Electronic Policy Inquiries,Product Definition,Channel Configuration,etc.The Unified Service Platform for Life Insurance Business for The Insurance Company is a software platform based on B/S architecture.It uses a combination of unified modeling language(UML),enterprise modeling and design solutions(PowerDesigner)in the requirements analysis and function design phases.The software development tool adopts the object-oriented Java language,adopts the software construction mode of MVC,and constructs the software product through the control layer,the view layer,and the model layer.The programming framework uses SpringMVC+Mybatis;the database uses MySQL5.5.For business data and system data that are frequently used,cache preprocessing is used to store the information in the Redis3 cache cluster,and it will be refreshed to the system memory simultaneously.Combining the caching mechanism to design a reasonable asynchronous process,while improving the response time,cooperate with the compensation mechanism to manually intervene,so that data integrity can be achieved.The system is deployed on the WebSphere8 server and uses Nginxl.15 as load balancing for performance processing.If a service performance bottleneck occurs,you can increase the mount machine to respond to increased business requests.In the two years since the system was launched,it has successfully connected 178 third-party Channels and completed the task of real-time data reporting to the 6 subordinate institutions of The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission.
