With the rapid development of information technology, local stock future industry has gradually built up the platform of multi-trading capital transfer, automatic transfer business of real-time multi-trading system between bank and stock future company. The transactions of stock future companies involves the exchange, the registered companies, banks and other institutions, which makes the complexity of IT system growing exponentially and need more and more management. Currently, the electronization of IT service management has been the important issue of IT construction in inter-company in China.Business is becoming to more and more depend on IT technology, but most of companies in China are still keeping the traditional IT service management model. The operation method is relatively backward and lack of automation or even without automation. People who are responsible for IT operation and maintenance are not suitable for IT service support due to lack of a standard, safe, high-efficiency operation management and maintenance platform. How to setup a standard IT service management process and IT service management information system, which can realize the standard IT management process and enhance the quality and efficiency of IT service, transform IT people the old idea, strengthen the feasibility of IT process and improve the degree of satisfaction, has been an urgent issue.This article provides the solution to setup the IT service management system in local stock future industry based on the analysis of current IT service situation and the common issues. Through the deep research for the history and the development of ITIL, we design the IT service management mode that includes service desk, problem management, incident management, configuration management, change management, deployment management, regime management, document management and so on. Basing on the mode, we design the architecture to implement the solution and articulate the architecture platform and make the detailed design and specifically realization for the system.Basing on the investigation and analysis of ITIL frame in detailed, in this article you can find a corresponding management method and feasible technical solution for local stock future industry to setup the internal IT service management process that is significant to the practical guide line for internal IT to achieve the standardized IT management mode and promote IT efficiency and quality.
