Nowadays the quality of the communication is becoming more and more high. And how to improve the quality of mobile communication network has become an important research topic of the major operators and the optimization of manufacturers. Currently in terms of the development of the mobile communication network or from the point of view of China's rapid development of urban construction, the original network planning and optimization method has encountered a bottleneck, the urgent need to introduce a new method to keep pace with the rapid change. In this paper, we propose a network planning optimization system based on multi scene and multi band accurate calibration. It can provide a new direction for the future network planning and optimization.This article firstly presents the structures, characteristics and frequency bands of GSM, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE network. Then it introduces the wireless environment of radio wave propagation, shadow fading, multipath channel statistics analysis of commonly used propagation model comparison and selection of the most suitable propagation model in this paper. Subsequently the propagation model of the field test technology are described, the CW test data of Shanghai Mobile's five bands of GSM, TD-SCDMA, TD-LTE three network standard, six typical landforms scene refinement propagation model calibration and verification, and based on drive test data propagation model validation and evaluation system of reevaluation and validation. Finally, the network planning and optimization system based on the accurate model is proposed.This system includes the planning and optimization of mobile communication network. In the module of network planning, from regional planning to optimize preplanning and subsequent regional assessments for the completion of the planning system to solve the current network planning scheme is not accurate, planning the implementation of error caused by the deterioration of the quality of the network problem is presented. In the module of optimization, in order to find the problems as the starting point, solve coverage, interference problem, station of optimization system to solve the problem which caused by the rapid development of cities and network, the 4G network large-scale construction of the network optimization is presented. The through a large number of application examples proved the effectiveness of the system, can break the bottleneck of network planning and network optimization. Finally improve the quality of the network.
