Our Mobile, Telecom, China Unicom three telecom operators communications assistant business has matured, the increasingly fierce market competition, in order to maintain a strong competitive edge in the market competition, operators must be done quickly while reducing costs flexible and efficient new requirements to deploy new business to improve and meet the needs of customers and markets. Therefore, the most important issue is the need to solve a wide range of business and repetitive, difficult to integrate a variety of access methods, system resources can not be shared, for the transformation of a single function may affect the overall problem, so to build a centralized platform for value-added services has become operators of infrastructure the overall trend, assistant business communication is an important part of value-added services, communications assistant unified platform model designed to this end, in order to form a set of line with Chinese telecom operators and related actual situation of the theory and practice system.This thesis discusses the design and implementation of a communication assistant unified platform for the post can not be separated or isolated from the rest of description would make the expression becomes clear when, places Communications Assistant platform as a whole will be discussed.
