Design And Implementation Of Liaoning Telecom Value-added Services Development And Incentive System

Liaoning telecom value-added services development and incentive system which this paper studies has been put into use. It could achieve effective control of value-added services’ marketing channel, improve the process of the development of value-added services, and regulate the value-added services’commission incentive system. This system plays a role of liberating human resources, regulating the value-added services marketing mechanism and circumventing corporate operational risk. The purposes of electronic value-added services development, processes standardization, excitement and flexible commission mechanism, and commission process automation are achieved.Telecom value-added services are additional communication services which relying on existing telecom network resources and other communication equipment development. It could meet the needs of different users, and enhance the economic benefits of the telecom operators. With the arrival of3G era, the development of telecom value-added services has been elevated to the strategic level of the telecom operators. To improve enterprise efficiency and achieve the goal of value-added services’scale development, we need in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the development of value-added services, and propose solutions by integrating marketing channels, standardize business development process and effective incentive.Through the research of the current situation of Liaoning telecom value-added services development and incentive, this paper in-depth analysis of current problems and proposed solutions. Base on this, we design and construct Liaoning telecom value-added services development and incentive system which is used to support value-added services development. The system uses SQL Server2005database and Browser/Server architecture operating model. The system completes the system development in ASP.net environment, and functionally achieves value-added services management, channels&marketing personnel management, business entry, commission management&control, business information platforms to interact and system security management.
