Oriented Communication Value-added Telecom Business Integration Platform

With evolvement of network architecture and development of Internet technology, the trend that traditional networks evolve into Next Generation Network (NGN) is unstoppable. Services in NGN are various, and how to create and provide these services has already been placed to the agenda.In such technology background, this paper introduces advantages and disadvantages of Public Switched Telephone Network, Intelligent Network (IN), NGN and Soft Switch, Core idea of Soft Switch as an emphasized point. It analyses the developing process from PSTN to Soft Switch, and then brings forward a general framework for Telecom Value Added Services Platform. It continues to show the implementation of modules in the framework, and pays more attention to the implementation of Engine, Service Creation Environment and Logic Describing Language. Finally, feasibility of developing a Call Center based on IP network in Telecom Increment Service Platform is explicated.
