Design And Implementation Of Safe Production Information Monitoring System Of Grassroots Oriented

In recent years, Even we are in a high rapid economic development stage, the level of safety management of our grassroots unit is in-concordance with the space of economic. Hence, many safety accidents happened, thousands of people die of this.It not only caused to the heavy economic, but also made a bad effect on society. The safety task is becoming more and more serious, especially the grassroots of the safety dept. The existed safety manage method could not meet the requirement of the actual safety management.Founding the safety management system is an effective way to relieve to the daily working stuff, improve the efficiency of management. This system applied the advanced network, the data management technical, computer software into the work. And its purpose is to discover the new method of safety management, then improve a further step of the level of safety production management. This system will have a great meaningful in pushing the efficiency of the safety management,improving and expediting the decision of safety management.This article made a summary of the problems that appeared in our construction of safety project production based on our current status of our grassroots safety production management the construction experience of the overseas. This article made a survey on the problems during the implement of the system. It also made a system analysis based on all the information. It mainly included below categories: the management of related laws,the basic information management of enterprise and the administration permission management. It also proposed a system construction plan,made a details clarification for the specific content which covered in the structure whole system, the design of function module, the design of the database and the access design of users.
