Energy is essential guarantee for people to live on. The extensive production, convertingand utilizing of energy tremendously change people’s life-style and modes of production.Much energy is consumed in the heating, gas supplying, ventilating and air conditioningengineering. Meanwhile, serious safety accidents take place frequently such as fires,explosions and leakage of poisonous and harmful substance. Safety is compare betweendisasters elements and hazard-affected carriers. Emergencies will be triggered, if substance,energy and information hazard-affected carriers are beyond critical amounts. Effectiveinformation supervision plays a crucial role in safety production. It is the key to achieve tothe aim fully prevention and effective control of production safety accidents. Informationsupervision system is established aimed at the safety problems in the heating,gas supplying,ventilating and air conditioning engineering. Moreover it can be applied in broader areas.This can promote to improve the level of supervision.The paper analyses the current situation of production safety and existing problems. Therequirement of technological means for front-line supervising organizations and officers isobtained. The intelligent safety production supervision and management information systemis designed to offer supervising officer using. The system is composed of back-end supportedplatform and fore-end mobile platform. Technical requirements, functions and effects of thesystem are also comprehensively discussed.1. The intelligent safety production supervision and management information system inthe integration of back-end supported platform and fore-end mobile platform is established.Both platform can be operated respectively and communicated each other with WIFI tBack-end platform provides theory support. Fore-end mobile platform terminals gainfirst-hand information in the scene.2. Back-end supported platform analyses production safety accidents disposal elementsto build up database and using GIS to manage enterprise space and attributes informationdynamically. The mathematics models of fire, explosion and leakage accidents are derived toprimarily assess accidents consequence according to the existing dangerous chemical products, accidents form and meteorological information.3. For-end mobile platform is developed based on held mobile intelligent devices. Itincludes information services, safety check points, emergency disposal process, plan practiceprocess, regulations and software upgrading to supply informational.The design of this system is reasonable and the operation is reliable. Dynamicsupervision of enterprises under jurisdiction has been achieved. This system has providedpowerful technological means for fully prevention and effective control of production safetyaccidents in safety supervision and management. It also promotes stabilization andamelioration of safety production.
