In the recent years, the development of our national economy has kept a steady and rapid pace and the production management model has had a tendency for diversity. Along with the increasing severity of the safety production, its supervision and management is confronted with the challenge it had never met before. The traditional one based on the manpower is unable to meet the need of the new condition, becoming the main factor to restrain the development of safety production. Therefore, based on the modern computer and Internet technology, building up a high efficient, fast, steady and reliable informative system, pushing the process of informatization of safety production, taking advantage of advanced scientific technology to supervise and manage safety production become the main methods and breakthrough to solve the present problem. For the situation mentioned above, this thesis systematically analyses how to set up an integrated business platform for safety production informatization sending, supervision and decision support.This thesis compares and analyzes the domestic and foreign situation of safety production and the construction of safety supervision informationization. For the development related technology and the theory such as NET-based technology adopted in this thesis, the author analyzes our country’s safety supervision system, safety production hidden risk and hidden risk management from the aspect of safety production. Taking the real native condition into consideration, the author as well carries on the thorough analysis on the demand and design planning of safety production supervision system, including the access control, business permission, inspecting management and accident reports, etc. Meanwhile, it illustrates the difference and the function of the role, and the specific demand of every function. Among them the inspecting model of safety production, and the inspecting process is the important points. It also takes advantage of UML language to illustrate the function by chart and analyses the system design. On the other hand, this thesis firstly designs the architecture of the system according to the need, involving system soft structure, Internet structure and chart of system. Then it deeply analyzes and devises the design of system function and its components, datebase and system safety. In addition, author typically introduces the practical usage of NET-based component technology in the design of its function, datebase and systematic safety. Firstly, design it into common component, with the help of familiarity and the program needed for system function model. Then, every function realizes itself basically. Finally, have an overall the test to satisfy and the demand. NET component technology, B/S multilayer architecture, Ajax, UML and O/R mapping are adopted to the system design and development to build up the platform, making the system possible to meet not only the present need of safety production but also the changeable one in future. Every function is realized through compoentization, leading the realization to be easier, improving the reusability of code integer and also enhancing the system reliability, security, manageability and development efficiency, reducing the workload of the development.The set-up of the platform makes the management for hidden risk of safety production accident standardized, scientific and systematic, eliminating the accident caused by hidden risk from the source, hence reducing the accident. Its application to the safety production also greatly increases the efficiency of the integrated business of safety production and positively promotes the supervision.
