Design And Implementation Of Safety Supervision Management System For Waterway Bureau

Recently,the waterway system will be under more and more pressure of safety supervision while the transportation industry is growing rapidly,the level of waterway production safety information management needs to be further improved.However,the safety supervision management system which is used in Waterway Bureau has many shortcomings and is difficult to meet the needs of users.So,how to improve the safety information management efficiency is becoming one of the urgent major issues which should be studied and solved immediately.This thesis takes the safety supervision business of Waterway Bureau as example,researches and designs the safety supervision management system which is used on the safety data and forms inputting and outputting?job assignment?information dissemination etc.So as to promote the level of navigation information management,to improve the water traffic safety and the service ability.This paper mainly analyzes the safety supervision business of Waterway Bureau,it is discussed as below.First of all,expounds the significance of the safety supervision management system research,analysis the problems of the current system.On the base of the previous introduction,investigates the realization technology of the system,such as: B/S architecture?MySQL database?J2EE technology etc.ensures the functional requirement?the business basic frame and the basic functions of the safety supervision management system which is based on the analysis of the actual requirement for the system of Waterway Bureau.And other,designs the framework?interface and the function module of the system in detail,which concludes system settings?transaction management?e-mail system?upload and download?information browsing?work exchange?statistical reports and file archiving etc.Finally,develops the safety supervision management system of Waterway Bureau which centers on the safety supervision.The result shows that the safety supervision system of Waterway Bureau is robust,and flexible.This thesis designs and achieves the safety supervision management system which meets the Waterway Bureau business requirement in a certain extent and has expansibility?flexibility and good robustness.
