Because of the continuous strengthening of the state about the management and control of the safety production of the coal industry,the high risk of the coal industry and the lean management of the coal industry are increasing.At present,the management and control mode of the coal companies is being gradually changed from the traditional rough management to 2the refined production and operation of the coal industry.Change.It is a strategic thinking for large coal enterprises to reduce the risk of management,to effectively follow up the safe production activities of the enterprises,and to carry out the safe and cooperative operation across the region and across the industry.In order to effectively realize the omni-directional mastery of the safety production situation in each mine,and to carry on the predictability decision analysis,a set of safety production and operation control system,which integrates real-time monitoring,daily supervision and decision analysis.The research on the management and control system of safety production and operation is based on the multi-stage management framework of the group company,and realizes the production management information system which integrates the data integration of the factory and mine safety production process,the daily safety production management and the decision analysis.Based on the SOA service oriented architecture and WCF interface,the real-time data of all kinds of security environment and production process control system are integrated through the LAN and the system to realize the dynamic monitoring of the safety monitoring and production process,so that the safety production manager can grasp the safety production operation of the factory and mine under the jurisdiction of the group.The system mainly uses C#development language,uses Microsoft Visual 2013 With Update 4 development platform and Microsoft SQL Server database to integrate the real-time monitoring,daily management,decision analysis and so on,and establishes a unified data center to realize the classified storage of data,and realizes the security monitoring grass-roots unit through the enterprise owner data.The deep integration of multiple heterogeneous business data such as routine supervision business and decision analysis.It can also make comprehensive analysis and auxiliary application based on expert knowledge base,and provide scientific decision-making for managers at all levels,effectively and effectively guarantee the efficient operation of all aspects of safety production.Through the actual test environment,the project has tested the data uploading application of the mine terminal many times,fully and effectively.The test results show that the running stability and main functions of the file transmission module have reached the design goal of the platform as a whole,and meet the requirements of data integration in the management and control system of safety production and operation,and the expected goal has been completed.
