As the working system becomes more and more complex,technology index of Hebei Zhongyan IT operation needs higher and higher.One important problem how to improve the quality of IT services effectively should be solved,so that it can represent its higher efficiency in the management system,and to solve the concrete problems during the development of enterprises.ITIL is the best practices in IT service management.It can provides objective,rigorous and quantifiable standards and specifications for IT service management.The core of IT service management is to help enterprises to establish the model of IT operation system which can expand business rapidly and to adapt to the business environment and set up business development.Based on the theory of ITIL,I analysed and studied some key problems such as knowledge base and resource management according to Hebei Zhongyan actual IT operation.I solved those problems and designed the process and program to implement.In order to involve the good management mechanism into IT service management effectively,we can change the problem solving mode from the passive to active,finding problems actively and preventing problems in advance,improving the decision-making power of leadership,further improving the efficiency of operations.Hebei Zhongyan IT operation and maintenance management system is a safe,practical and efficient system,By optimizing the IT operations management processes,we can make the operation system more active,more effective to promote the development of the enterprise operation management.The full text is divided into six chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction,which introduces the research background,research benefit.Chapter 2 research methods and ITIL theory and introduces system form which discusses the ZhongYan IT operational service platform.Chapter 3 focuses on the research of the Demand analysis.Chapter 4 and Chapter 5 refers to the study on design and implement in knowledge base,resource management.Chapter 6 and chapter 7 introduces the system demonstration and analyzes characteristics.
