With the rapid increase of the global solar wafer production capacity, as an important auxiliary solar wafer production, demand of thin saw wire more and more strong. Because the highest cutting process of sawing wire production process on behalf of wire processing, the requirements of high control equipment and technology, domestic and international steel line supplier in production, technology and quality is uneven. The cutting wire is by virtue of the cold drawing deformation of metal technology, makes the 5.5mm high carbon rod by different process(after the die of various specifications), lubricating fluid of different concentration control, and ultimately achieve fine hair, about 0.08-0.30 mm in diameter for different specifications of the wire, but with decreasing the diameter of the wire, wire breaking more production process, affects the yield and even endanger the life of the enterprise.On the basis of metal drawing theory, through the fracture photomicrograph of observation, analysis, summed up the reasons the production process to produce all kinds of fracture, mechanism, and by adjusting the lubricating fluid, the mold chain adjustment, winding way to adjust the production process to reduce the wet drawing broken wires.
