Research And Implementation Of Network Collaborative Procurement System In Manufacturing

With the development of computer and network technology, some enterprises in our country have implemented informatization, but the level of informatization of many manufacturies is still relatively low because of lack of technical personnel, inadequate informatization awareness. The level of enterprises' informatization directly affects the competitiveness of enterprises; even more the level of auto procurement management informatization which is an important component of automobile informatization has an important effect on the efficiency of enterprise and workers' fringe benefits. Traditional procurement management model has low efficiency, inaccurate statistics and untimely information transmission, and always using the phone and fax,it is difficult to establish an applied informational exchanged channel,then cooperation becomes an uncertain element. Ultimately because of the stocks increasing then the cost becomes increasing. So establishing automobile networked procurement system will not only be the effective measures of implementing enterprise procurement management informatization but also improve the collaborative ability between the automobile factory and its vendor and truly realize automobile procurement informatization. Then the automobile networked procurement system based on .NET Framework and B/S pattern is designed in detail; the implementation process of key business functions are presented, and the key technologies involved in the sale system such as XML,Web Service,ADO.NET,DTS,Biztalk Server 2006.Finally, the research content of this thesis is summarized; the next plan is looked to.
