Research And Implement On The Key Technologies For Manufacture Resouree Networked Sharing Service

As a kind of advanced manufacturing mode in network economy andknowledge economy environment, networked manufacturing (NM) emphasizesenterprise collaboration and resource sharing in the whole society. The goals ofNM are to improve the innovative capability of product designing and to realizethe lower cost and higher efficiency of product designing and manufacturingprocess.This dissertation is based on the analyses of domestic and internationalresearching achievements for NM. Firstly, the functional architecture ofmanufacture resource networked sharing platform has been put forward, supportedby shared resources, the platform will provide services of integration andmanagement of resources , inter-enterprise collaborative work , networkedmanufacturing service,maintenance and safety control of shared resources forallied enterprises by utilizing application toolkits. Based on analysis of keytechnologies of the platform,a prototype system of the platform,which mainlyconsists of functional modules of manufacturing resource networked sharing,manufacturing resource information,manufacturing technique and manage centerfor members. Secondly, some key technologies for implementation ofmanufacturing resource networked sharing platform have been researched indepth,which are acquisition and integration of resource in NM mode,dutyassignment , inter-enterprise collaborative work , integrated management ofinformation for manufacturing enterprise. Then, the potential danger and potentialthreat of the security under the current movement and the deployment environmentare deeply analyzed,Through the research of current network security technologyand development environment safety mechanism, from the code security, thedatabase security and the communications security three aspects to detaileddiscussed the realization of the security for manufacturing resource networkedsharing platform. Finally, with the bottom supporting of SQL Server 2000, wehave particular introduced the implementation of the manufacturing resourcenetworked sharing platform based on B/S mode using ASP.
