With the fierce competition in international market, progress of information technology, competitive environment of economic globalization, demands of market changing, continuously diversification of product individual requirement, continuously shortening of product manufacturing cycle and continuously improvement of technical content, it is impossibleto improve the overall agility of manufacturing enterprises only relying on own internal information fusion and equipment flexibility. Therefore it is urgent need to improve own comprehensive competitive ability through the strong cooperation among enterprises to realize multi-win. Cloud manufacturing comes into being in the background. Cloud manufacturing, which meets the challenge of knowledge economy and the globalization of manufacturing, is an advanced manufacturing mode for rapid response to market demand and improving enterprise competitiveness. The manufacturing system of meeting enterprise specific requirements based on internet could be built up with advanced computer technology, computer technology, communication technology, artificial intelligence technology, cloud computing technology, manufacturing technology and other related technology. It makes the scope and method of enterprise production and business not be constrained by space or area. And it is realized that the cooperation among enterprises and various sharing and fusion of social resources provide the required products and services for market high speed, high quality and low cost. On the novel manufacturing mode, traditional technology services cannot meet the requirements of enterprises and customers.Networked collaborative technology service is a kind of service that provides the required service knowledge and information through internet or web technology and collaboration among enterprises. It is a new model of enterprise to service customers in the background of product and customer diversification and globalization. Networked collaborative technology service is also a new idea to adapt enterprise to manufacture diversification and globalization requirements of customers and equipment suppliers. It is a computer networked system built with theory, technology, method of systems engineering, networked technology, computer technology, modern communication technology, artificial intelligence technology, multimedia technology and so on to realize theinformation exchange, knowledge sharing and cooperative work between customer and supplier.The current conditions and developing tendency of home and abroad cloud manufacturing technology and technology service are summarized firstly in the thesis. Thensome research including the architecture of networkedcollaborative technology service oriented cloud manufacturing, virtual enterprise partner choiceoriented cloud manufacturing, manufacturing information collection and fusion methodoriented cloud manufacturing, networked technology service of knowledge fusion and reuse, networked collaborative technology service tasks assignment and queueoriented cloud manufacturing, is conducted. On the basis of the theory research a prototype system is developed. The main research in the thesis is as following.(1) Content and characteristic, research contents,home and aboardresearch status and development trendabout cloud manufacturing, and definition, home and aboard research status and development trend about technology service, are summarized comprehensively on the basis of consulting a lot of home and abroad literatures.(2) The functional requirement of networked collaborative technology service system oriented cloud manufacturing is analyzed. The function model of networked collaborative technology service system oriented cloud manufacturing is also established and the system structure is designed based on multi-agent.(3) The comprehensive evaluation index system of virtual enterprise partner selection oriented cloud manufacturing is established. Partners are selected exactly with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation methodand combined excellently with genetic algorithmin the evaluation index system. The instance analysis of the established optimization algorithm is also given.(4) The manufacturing data collection method combining RFID and barcode technology is researched in the thesis. And a kind of information acquisition model of distributed centralized storage management is established. The idea of setup the perception agent in perception layer and data layer is proposed. Intelligent acquisition model is also analyzed and evaluated theoretically.(5) In order to improve the efficiency and quality of technology services through enhancing system intelligence, the technical serviceknowledge fusion and reuse based on ontology is researched. The architecture of networked collaborative technology service knowledge fusion oriented cloud manufacturing is built. And the method of building up technology service domain knowledge ontology base is researched.(6) The assignment process, classification and allocation method of networked collaborative technology service tasks on the cloud manufacturing mode are researched. The technology service filed scheduling model and task assignment model based on the Hungarian algorithm is modeled. And the model is verified by instance.(7) On the basis of theoretical research, the prototype system of collaborative technology service oriented cloud manufacturing is realized combining the actual requirements of an enterprise in Shenyang. And the implementation and usage of partialsystem function modules are analyzed simply. The result of the system commissioning verifies the correctness of the theoretical research and technology feasibility.
