Combining the major scientific and technological projects of Zhejiang science and technology agency and the development condition of collaborative manufacturing, the paper studies the allocation module of production task in the management platform based on the collaborative clothing manufacturing industry in the environment of network. The procedure of selecting final collaborator is established. Firstly, the intended collaborators are chosen from candidates by the evaluation index system of collaborator. Then, considering cost, delivery period and collaborator number, the final collaborators to establish the alliance are chosen from the intended collaborators with task allocation methods.The algorithm in this paper is a multi-objectives task allocation method considering short time, low cost and less cooperative enterprise. Establish target functions which show the shortest time and lowest cost in accomplishing task respectively. Calculate the key task through task network relation drawing. Key task determine the total time to complete the task, so considering time first to assign it. On the other hand, if the task is not the key task, considering the cost first. When assigning task, confirm the task which only one enterprise can complete it, assign the task to this enterprise. Then continue to assign task, choose the enterprise first which has already have the task, in this case, decrease the spending between enterprises. At the same time, adding limited term, make the balance between time and the number of cooperative enterprise for the key task, and the balance between cost and the number of cooperative enterprise for the task which is not key task. Last, if the task can't be undertook by any enterprise in the cooperative group, other enterprise is chosen to assign. If the task is key task, consider the time first, otherwise, consider the cost first, making the balance between the time and cost. Through the algorithm, make the balance among time, cost and cooperative enterprise, so we can optimize the take allocation and choose the reasonable cooperative alliance to accomplish the task.Collaborative production and business platform management software simplifies the enterprise procedure, improves customer service and enterprise risk management and strengthens the enterprise response to the changing business environment. Combining the actual need of enterprise in the project, the collaborative production and business platform based on the.NET is constructed. It is helpful to realize the cooperation and communication of the main enterprise and the collaborator in the development, purchase and production. It also speeds up the response to market and supplies powerful support for company operation.
