Study On The Health Information Acquisition Behavior Of The Urban Elderly In Hebei Province

With the improvement of living standards and the level of economic development, urban elderly health problems to the attention of a growing, the corresponding health information behavior is also increasingly common. And how to obtain the effective information and take advantage of is very important for urban elderly.A case study of Hebei Province,this study in order to satisfy the demands of the elderly health information, improve the efficiency of its access to information, in both at home and abroad on access to health information behavior, on the basis of the theory and practice of research for defining the relevant concepts and theoretical basis, to explore city in Hebei Province based on information acquisition process the elderly health information behavior, and build concrete behavior framework of produce demand, choose channel, query and retrieve, evaluation, judgment and application. On the basis of analyzing the content of the access to information, channels, and the behavior of the specific process and influence factors, analyzes the characteristics of the different channels. Research using empirical investigation and unstructured interview analysis, collecting 250 cities in Hebei Province in the elderly health information acquisition behavior of related data, and combining the theory of social capital and information literacy by using SPSS analysis of the results of the survey, including the reliability and validity of the questionnaire analysis, social demographic description and requirements in producing, selecting channel, query and access, evaluate the behavior of judgment and application stage, and the direct trust, social capital trust, trust and network media attention influence factors of correlation analysis, summed up the health information acquisition behavior characteristics including low information literacy, social capital has not been enough attention and lonely old man effective access to information is difficult, finally puts forward relevant countermeasures.
