The development of mobile health information services can create huge potential value for the health industry, but the attitude of users is not yet clear due to many influencing factors in the process of transfer.Text mining of user health information behavior research results can effectively reveal the main potential influencing factors, and then summarize the impact of these factors on the transfer behavior. The Python language became the main programming language of web crawlers with its simplicity and code-friendliness.The web crawler programmed with Python language successfully crawled the required document data in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure("CNKI")database, and then the data was Cleaning and preprocessing, and finally using the LDA(Latent Dirichlet Allocation)model for topic analysis to derive potential topics, and to obtain potential influence factors by analyzing potential topics and topic characteristics.Combining the theory of social identity, the potential influencing factors are corresponding to the concept of perceived value and loyalty. At the same time, according to the particularity of transfer behavior research, relative perceived value and relative loyalty are proposed as key influencing factors, and transfer cost is used as a moderating factor.Construct a research model for the influencing factors of user transfer behavior and conduct empirical analysis.Research results show that web crawlers have better data crawling ability. The results show that the LDA model analysis results can obtain more specific feature words, and the effective influence factors can be extracted by analyzing the feature words. At the same time, these factors have a high degree of fit with the actual theory. The proposed structural equation model has a good interpretation effect on user transfer behavior. In addition to the statistically insignificant relationship between individual factors, the main effects between relative perceived value and relative loyalty are consistent with the hypothesis. The transfer cost has a significant negative moderating role on the relationship between relative use intention and user transfer behavior, while the relationship between relative recommendation intention and user transfer behavior is not significant.
