Health is the basis for ensuring the independence of the elderly to carry out social activities.With the deepening of the aging of China's population,the health needs of the elderly are also expanding,and the search for health information is becoming more and more frequent.Their online health information search behavior is affected by personal,information and social factors.This paper takes urban elderly residents aged 60 and above as the research object,explores the dilemma they face in the online health information search behavior and the solution path,hoping to help improve the status of health information acquisition,healthy lifestyle and behavior of urban elderly residents.It is not only convenient and fast for urban elderly residents to obtain health information from the Internet,but also more timely and comprehensive.However,elderly urban residents still face many difficulties in searching for online health information,which are manifested in three aspects: poor adaptability of individual network,chaotic and complex information environment and weak social support.Based on this,the countermeasures are proposed,that is,by enhancing the participation of network,enhancing the confidence of using network health information,improving network health information literacy to improve personal ability;To create a trustworthy information searching environment by enriching health information content,optimizing the quality of information service and enhancing the security of information platform;We should enhance social support by improving medical service level,advocating technology feedback and strengthening information supervision.
