Research On Influencing Factors Of Professional Women's Internet Health Information Search Behavior

[Purpose]With the increasing awareness of gender equality in society and the increasing status of women,many women enter the workplace to compete with men.For this reason,working women need to play different roles in different environments.The conflict of multiple identities brings pressure to professional women,produces negative emotions and affects physical and mental health.But the network searches the health information as the response strategy,may satisfy the occupational female to the health information demand very well.Therefore,the study of the online health information search behavior of working women and the identification of its influencing factors will help the health information platform to provide targeted information services for working women to meet the health information needs of working women.[Methods] By sorting out the relevant literature,especially the TAM model and stress response theory,combing the characteristics of professional women,and analyzing the influencing factors of professional women's online health information search behavior,so as to put forward the research hypothesis of this article.Through questionnaire survey,analyze the collected sample data.SPSS software was used for descriptive analysis,reliability and validity analysis and difference test,and AMOS software was used for structural equation model test to verify the hypothesis of this study.[Results] The hypothesis model test shows that the effect of work stress on anxiety is not significant,and the effect of perceived ease of use on the search behavior of network health information is not significant.The effects of family stress and physiological stress on anxiety were 0.24 and 0.62 respectively.The effect values of anxiety emotion and perceived usefulness on online health information search behavior were 0.14 and 0.56,respectively.In the difference analysis of different population attributes,the difference of each attribute in each variable is larger.[Conclusions] family stress(?=0.24,P<0.05),physiological stress(?=0.62,P<0.001)had significant positive effects on anxiety mood;anxiety mood(?=0.14,P<0.01),perceived usefulness(?=0.56,P<0.001)had significant positive effects on online health information search behavior.According to the above conclusions,the corresponding suggestions are put forward: actively face the pressure,adjust the mentality,meet the challenge;attach importance to all aspects of the pressure of professional women,from the family,employers,social level to give care;establish a high-quality health information website;strengthen and improve the construction of health website.
