Football as the world's largest sports, has been loved by people around the world, is no exception in China. From national leaders to ordinary people, both have a keen interest in football. Fans on the field has long been a variety of carnival-style celebration has been a major bright spot on the court. With the development of media technology, more and more fans to the carnival field expanded to the top of the network. From the perspective of Bakhtin's carnival theory, it analyzes the characteristics and causes of the fans, as well as its in the network environment carnivalesque mode of transmission. Chinese fans of the carnival of propagation phenomena on the network were analyzed. And needles all kinds of carnival the social phenomenon of the spread of the pros and cons has made analysis, the author's thinking.This paper is divided into four parts.
