This paper takes the fan group in the talent show in the new media era as the main research object, and combines the specific cases of individual fans, respectively, from the following aspects:fan identification, fan group aggregation, fan group dispersal, fan group retention, etc.,to analyze the fan psychological logic, excavate the social significance of this new type of fans from different angles, and explore the fans in the future. The special significance of cultural consumption. The emergence of the Internet in the 1990s has greatly changed the structure and development of the whole society.Whether economic or cultural,or even the whole political environment has migrated as a whole. The new media, relying on the rapid development of Internet mobile technology and the continuous popularization of personal mobile terminals, has shown strong characteristics of convenience and real-time in the use process. It can realize instantaneous integration and push of large-scale data, make the participation of fans culture more obvious, and effectively shorten the distance and communication process between cultural industrial products and fans.On this basis, fans'behavior patterns have changed differently.Under the impetus of technological development, fans are no longer passive consumers, fans also have a certain initiative, fans in consumption at the same time also put forward requirements for cultural producers. For a long time, the definition of fans has been simplified by scholars into two levels, psychological level and physical level.Once there is unilateral behavior,it will be judged as fans. This understanding not only negates the change of fans' connotation, but also denies the multi-cultural characteristics of fans.Starting with the program Creation 101,the author will understand the support and identification patterns between fans and stars through online field work, immersion observation and in-depth interviews, and explore why fans gather in an instant because of some idol's behavior,or disperse from the fans group because of some change of circumstances. These two completely different phenomena are behind them. It's not just the fans' love for the star tradition, but also their different social demands.Nowadays, there is no specific or unified concept and standard for fans in academic circles. But it is certain that the boundaries and connotations of fans have changed with the times.Fans'consumption of stars is no longer simply based on infatuation.Fans' choice of idols reflects their individual psychological demands as well as the social demands of the groups behind them. This appeal has always existed, but it is looking for an opportunity for the public to see and accept it.The time is ripe like a mushroom, but once the conditions disappear, the appeal will come into being. The trail will disappear again. This special supporter has fans',behavior but does not necessarily have fans' psychology. It seems that behind fans'fanatical pursuit of stars,it is a manifestation of fans'individual appeal subjectivity.Of course,as a researcher, the author's understanding of fans in the new media era is certainly inadequate and imperfect. But I hope that this study can provide a different perspective for fans'research, and also hope that we can find that the meaning of fans is constantly changing and developing, not only from a constant perspective to analyze the problem.
