The Research Of Memes In The Contemplation Of Carnival Theory

In the mobile Internet era,memes has become the body language in digital communications.memes essentially is a popular culture,relying on the continuous development of social and network.People also change their communication way from the initial text to the simple symbols.And this communication way gradually evolved into an increasingly diversified Expression culture.The phenomenon of meme's communication not only produced a subversive discourse,but also reflected contemporary commercial culture.And it is belongs to the contemporary mass culture.This paper takes the development of memes as the research object.By using case analysis method,this paper is aims to research the Memes in the contemplation of Carnival Theory.This paper can be divided into six parts.The first chapter mainly introduces the research origin and expounds the main problems of the thesis.The second chapter summarizes the theory of carnival.The third chapter to the fifth chapter respectively analysis memes from national,ritual and subversive parts by giving some specific cases.The six chapter summarizes the full text,reflecting the dual effects of memes.Otherwise,this thesis further probes into the carnival features of memes and discuss some problems under the phenomenon.In addition,this paper uses carnival theory to analyze the memes,and then puts forward the memes may brings social problems and the development trend in the future.This study shows that memes have national,ritual and subversive features.It creates an equal and free Carnival square where people can use humorous folk language to engage in dialogue.This culture is gradually licensed and approved by the official mainstream.There is also a simple entertainment,excessive revelry,irrational revelry and emotional problems.In addition,the government should also strengthen the control of memes infringement.And guide the memes development in a positive direction.
