Space laser communication which as a new means of communication, because of its good confidentiality, anti-interference ability is widely applied in aerospace and other communication links. As the carrier and the terminal of the transmission link, the transceiver determines the quality of communication to a great extent. One of the important indicators to measure the transceiver is the coarse tracking accuracy. Therefore, a reasonable and accurate measurement of the tracking accuracy of the equipment is the main means of measuring the performance of laser communication terminal. But at present foreign relevant information to take the blockade, but the domestic most photoelectric tracking measurement method can only realize the tracking function and can not realize the measurement function. This has become a factor restricting the development of space laser communication technology in our country.The background of this paper is from the construction project of the background of Changchun University of Science and Technology, and the dynamic tracking accuracy of the space laser communication terminal is needed to be tested. According to the characteristics of the communication terminal, this paper presents a method to measure the dynamic tracking accuracy of the communication terminal. By establishing the mathematical model of its motion model, the main technical indexes are determined and the prototype is completed. And the static calibration of the dynamic target is completed,and the detection principle of the dynamic tracking accuracy of the laser communication terminal is further improved.
