Dymatic Target Detection Based On Image Processing Technology

At present, the practical problem that the target place faces is that the target is too small, the distance is far,the contrast ratio between the target and background is small.In order to improving the recognition capability of the equipment to the low contrast ratio target ,fast and effective pattern recognition becomes one of key technology which influences systematic function. This paper which is based on digital pattern process technology designs a fast and effective pattern recognition process system for dynamic testing system of tracking precision of weaponry.At first ,carrying on varying the gray level of the picture which is gathered by CCD system in order to strengthening the contrast ratio between the target and background;And smoothing the picture in order to getting rid of the noise which is produced by gathering and transmitting ,so that we can detect the edge easily.Secondly,this paper introduces the detection of static goal especiallyrUsing dynamic threshold value to transform the gray level picture into two black-and-white value picture,so that we can separate target from complicated background of the picture;Making and matching the template ,in order to orienting the position of the target; Utilizing the law of projection,in order to orienting the center of the cross of the target.Finally, on the basis of the detection of static goal ,this paper puts forward the tactics of tracking dynamic target. First of all,searching for the target in the overall;After confirming the range of searching for the target ,we can search the target in part ;Calculating the similar degree of the target and the template ,if the similar degree is greater than established value ,we think that the target is found, otherwise, we give up the search this time, and search for the target in the overall range again.The picture process system of this paper uses digital pattern processtechnology, has realized the automatic recognition of the machine, so that the degree of accuracy and speed have all been improved greatly .The pictures used in this paper are gathered by CCD system of dynamic testing system of tracking precision of weaponry in real time under the natural light. The algorithm in the article is put programming to realize in 2000 platforms of Windows by VC language.
