With domestic software companies have appeared like mushrooms after rain, The evaluation and management of software developer is gradually valued by the company,Whether the performance management work directly affects the working enthusiasm and working efficiency of the company staff. At the same time, the performance appraisal is also the internal reflection of the company staff to realize the self value. Therefore, the performance appraisal of software company has become the top priority of the company management, the full play of the creativity of the software developers, and plays an important role in improving the economic efficiency of the company.First of all, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, and then the content and structure of the research are also explained in detail. After that the architecture design and database design of the software company performance management system are also carried out, then,each function module of the performance management system is designed and implemented in detail. The function of the software company performance management system mainly includes the departmental management module, employee basic information management module, performance assessment of project management module, statistics and query management module, performance evaluation data management module and employee wages management module. At last, this paper carries on the function test, performance test and security test to the performance management system, and the test results of the system are analyzed. Test results show that the software development personnel performance management system can make full use of Internet resources, and improve the efficiency of software company development staff performance management.In this paper, through the development and implementation of software development personnel performance management system,Software company management can be effective for the development of performance evaluation of the management. It is conducive to promoting the scientific and informational process of software company's performance management.Stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff of the software company by evaluating the performance of the software development staff or department. To provide support for managers to make decision, and provide theoretical basis and technical support for the future development of more powerful software development staff performance management system.
